The Israel National Labor Federation was founded in Jerusalem in 1934 by the Revisionist
Zionism movement with the goal to protect its members' employment rights. It includes the
Emily daycare network and the National Youth movement.
It was formed under the principal that its doors, services and affiliated institutions will remain
open to all workers regardless of their political views.
In addition, further principals were set and form the spirit of the National Labor Federation
to this day, among them:

set as its prime priority to handle workers' rights, protect their wages and social benefits,
protect them against dismissal and employment discrimination, sign collective labor
agreements and hold negotiations with employers, provide pensionary advice and legal
assistance, train employee committees in various fields, and more.
